Description

Nasal reconstruction cases have two stages after the skin cancer is removed. First the Inner lining using mucosal flaps is performed, followed by a cartilage reconstruction using either septum or rib, then a paramedian forehead flap. The second stage is the paramedian forehead flap takedown with tapering of the forehead donor site and refinement of the nasal flap.
