Description

31-year-old male who presented regarding nasal concerns status post nasal trauma during MVA resulting in face hitting steering wheel approximately 10 years ago. Patient desires only a straightened nasal pyramid and to breathe better through nose. Patient endorses bilateral nasal obstruction (R>L). He underwent a Primary Joseph Septo/Rhinoplasty with left LLH osteotomy, Let SEG, Right Spreader and midvault narrowing sutures.
