Description

19-year-old male with a saddle nose deformity from previous septal surgery and trauma. He underwent a septorhinoplasty with donor costal cartilage and septal reconstruction with Dr. Barrera. He had trouble breathing from both sides of her nose. He had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction to address his obstruction.
