Description

The patient is 7 months postoperative after rhinoplasty to improve the nasal tip. The boxy nasal tip was refined using cephalic resection of the alar cartilage followed by precise dome spanning sutures. Asymmetry of the nose was corrected using spreader grafts through an open rhinoplasty approach.
