Description

The patient is 8 months postoperative after rhinoplasty to reduce a large nasal hump and to reduce the size of her nasal tip. A Joseph open rhinoplasty technique was used to reduce the bony and cartilaginous hump. Spreader grafts were used for reconstruction followed by nasal tip deprojection and refinement. Sculptra was injected to improve volume in the face after rhinoplasty surgery. The patient received a non-surgical facelift using Sculptra to project the chin and improve facial volume.
