Description

32-year-old female who presents with Acquired traumatic saddle nose deformity requiring midvault reconstruction. She is 5 years postoperative after revision rhinoplasty. She has chronic sinusitis and also received balloon sinuplasty (maxillary, frontal, sphenoid), and anterior ethmoidectomy at the same time.

Indications: Aesthetic nasal concerns
