42 year old female who presents with a dorsal hump and nasal tip ptosis. She would like to consider rhinoplasty to address her crooked nose. She underwent a Primary cosmetic septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG; left spreader graft; crushed supratip and tip graft); lateral crural underlay; no osteotomies
