Description

43-year-old female with a crooked nose and left middle vault collapse. The patient had a boxy nasal tip as well. A septorhinoplasty was performed to improve the asymmetry. Spreader grafts were placed as well as nasal tip refinement. The dorsum was lowered to improve the slope of the nose. The nasal tip was projected with a septal extension graft. She is 12 months postop.
