31-year-old female presenting an overly projected nasal tip, hanging columella, and and tension nose deformity. She underwent a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. Nasal tip deprojection was performed using medial crural overlay and lateral crural strut grafts from both septal cartilage and costal (rib) cartilage grafts. A tongue in groove was also performed to set a more appropriate alar columella distance. She is 6 months postop from her surgery.
