Description
The patient presented with a saddle nose deformity, alar retraction, and nasal tip asymmetry. Dr. Barrera performed a revision rhinoplasty. Lateral crural strut grafts were used for the alar retraction correction and to align the nasal tip cartilages. A septal extension graft was then placed and secured midline. Alar rim grafts were used as well as spreader grafts. The patient is 2 years postop and breathing better.
