Findings: Primary Preservation Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, Costal Cartilage Grafting, Right SEG, Ballerina Maneuver Contouring at the radix, right medial crura footplate resection.

Indications: 44 year-old female presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns. Patient desires dorsal hump reduction, increased tip rotation for a ptotic nasal tip, tip refinement . She had previous thread lift for ptotic nasal tip 2 months ago in Laredo. She is otherwise healthy
