Description

Surgery: Primary Preservation Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, Nasal Valve Reconstruction, Bilateral Inferior Turbinate Reduction and outfracture, Costal Cartilage Graft. Left SEG.

Indications: Patient presents today in consultation for nasal obstruction. Obstruction is bilateral (L>R) . Patient denies prior Sino nasal surgery. . Patient endorses prior nasal trauma.Patient’s symptoms are refractory to maximum medical management with over the counter nasal steroid sprays and oral antihistamines. He is otherwise healthy. He has never had nasal surgery before. He has had a repair of a digit and did well with anesthesia.

Preservation open septorhinoplasty with cartilage grafting
