46-year-old female presenting with eyelid and aesthetic nasal concerns. Patient desires dorsal hump reduction, increased tip rotation for a ptotic nasal tip, and tip refinement. The patient also expresses concern regarding tired appearing eyes and deep tear trough region. The patient reports she underwent facial filler injection in 2018 which she feels left lower eyelid watery edema. The patient also notes she has struggled with dry eyes in the past. She underwent a Primary cosmetic preservation rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG, left dorsal crushed cartilage graft); turbinoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty with fat transpositon (central and medial fat transposed, lateral fat pad reduced). She looks amazing!
