54-year-old male who follows up 1 year status post septorhinoplasty with cartilage grafting, nasal valve repair, and turbinate reduction.

Structural Joseph rhinoplasty with septal extension graft, right short spreader graft, and intercrural crushed cartilage graft placed.

Indications: deviated septum, nasal valve collapse, inferior turbinate hypertrophy
