Our patient underwent a Mini-facelift or minimal incision deep elevation (MIDE) facelift and necklift. The MIDE facelift allows our patients to lift up their hair in a ponytail without scars placed in the front of the ear. The necklift is a deep elevation of the neck muscles including the platysma and suspension of muscle flaps or platysmaplasty.
