Description
81-year-old female that presents for Moh’s resection of the left nasal ala, side wall, and tip. This was poorly differentiated SCC. She was referred by her Moh’s surgeon for reconstruction. She has never had previous head and neck surgery. She underwent a paramedian forehead flap, auricular cartilage graft, and costal cartilage graft for reconstruction and is 3 months postop.
