Description

The patient underwent functional rhinoplasty to improve breathing. A septoplasty surgery was performed. The nose was also deprojected and the boxy tip was refined as part of the cosmetic portion of the surgery. The base view shows a smaller and more triangular aesthetic nasal tip.
