Description

The patient underwent a rhinoplasty to improve the nasal hump. A slope was created by projecting the nasal tip and deprojecting the dorsum of the nose. Dr. Barrera also performed a ponytail facelift operation to improve the cheek volume, straighten the jawline, and improve the neck bands. The cheek lift was performed without incisions or scars around the ear. The patient can now wear her hair in a ponytail without scars.
