Description
Findings: Primary Joseph Rhinoplasty, With ANSA banner graft right and small left spreader graft.
Indications: 45 year-old female presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns and nasal fracture. She was playing tennis and struck her nose on a pole. She has significant swelling ecchymosis and axis deviation of her nasal bones. She also has previous concerns about her nose and the patient desires dorsal hump reduction, increased tip rotation for a ptotic nasal tip, tip refinement, narrowed nasal dorsum . She is otherwise healthy. She denies previous rhinoplasty. She does have worsening breathing on the left versus the right side.
