Description

The patient had a rhinoplasty to improve nasal projection. Spreader grafts and onlay cartilage graft was used to improve the profile. In addition, the patient underwent a sliding genioplasty setback to improve the overly projecting chin. The chin was reduced to improve the facial profile. To improve skin texture and acne scarring, a CO2 laser was used to resurface the skin.
