Total quantity: 180 u Location: 120 u forehead and glabella 12 u for each side chemical browlift; 12 u each crows; 24 u to mentalis. Subcutaneous injection of filling material (eg, restylane); 1 cc or less [11950] — BLT cream applied. Consent obtained.
