Description of Procedure: Preoperative diagnosis: Bilateral prominent ear deformity, lack of anti-helical fold.

Postoperative diagnosis: Bilateral prominent ear deformity, lack of anti-helical fold.

Findings:

Helical rim to mastoid measurements at the height of:
1 = root of helix, 2 = superior tragus, 3 = inferior tragus
