Surgery: Joseph Rhinoplasty, Right SEG, Septoplasty, Inferior Turbinate Reduction and outfracture, Nasal Valve Repair

Indications: 6 year old female presents with nasal obstruction, snoring, and witnessed apneas. She prevoiusly had sleep study which showed mild OSA 5 years ago. She has had a 30 lb weight loss, but it hasn’t affected her sleep disordered breathing. In addition, she had a septoplasty but has persistent nasal obstruction, particularly on the left. She has rhinnitis. She admits to excessive daytime sleepiness.

Description of procedure: Findings: septal extension graft, left spreader graft, and crushed cartilage graft at supratip break with overlying SMAS flap placed
