Description

44-year-old female who is 1 year status post septorhinoplasty with cartilage grafting. The patient is healing well, breathing well, happy with early cosmetic result. She underwent a Primary cosmetic preservation septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG; supratip crushed cartilage graft), Supratip nasal SMAS flap, 4 mm Weir excisions. She had a Z flap dorsal preservation rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera.
