Description
41-year-old female presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns. Patient desires dorsal hump reduction, increased tip rotation for a ptotic nasal tip, tip refinement . She also complains of seasonal allergies and rhinorrhea. She has not yet attempted immunotherapy for allergies but has exhausted medical management. She denies nasal obstruction but is bothered by nasal drainage.
She underwent Primary cosmetic preservation septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG; supratip crushed cartilage graft) with Dr. Barrera for cosmetic reasons.
1. Septoplasty
2. Septal cartilage grafting3. Nasal Valve Repair using Septal extension graft4. Bilateral reduction of nasal tissue using Clarifix ablation5. Bilateral Ablation of the Inferior Turbinates for functional reasons.
She is doing much better and breathing better.
