56-year-old female presenting today in consultation for cosmetic aging face concerns. The patient expresses concerns regarding facial rhytids, brow ptosis, and prominent tear troughs. Dr. Barrera performed lower blepharoplasty with excess fat excision of the medial, central, and lateral fat pads on the right and excision of excess fat of the central and lateral fat pads on the left. The full face was CO2 laser resurfaced (mid mode ring 3 for full face except for mid mode ring 1 around eyes and fusion around mouth).
