Description

72-year-old female presenting today in consultation for cosmetic aging face concerns. Patient expresses concerns regarding facial rhytids, jowling, neck laxity . Patient does have a history of prior facelift 12 years ago. She underwent a Revision deep plane face and neck lift with CO2 laser resurfacing followed by Autologous Fat Harvest and Facial Fat Grafting 9 months later. She is 1 year postop.
