Description

29-year-old female presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns. Patient desires dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, narrowed nasal dorsum, decreased projection and desires an overall smaller nose. Revision cosmetic preservation rhinoplasty with costal grafting was performed. There was removal of previous scar tissue and a septal extension graft (SEG) was placed. Ultrasonic rhinoplasty was performed for low low high osteotomies, dorsal sculpting with piezoelectric system, placement of left SEG, right extended spreader, tongue in groove, and alar cinching sutures. She is one year postop from her original rhinoplasty.
