Description

21 year-old female presenting today in consultation regarding aesthetic nasal concerns. Patient desires dorsal hump reduction and endorses bilateral nasal obstruction (R>L). She is happy with frontal view and her goals of surgery are primarily to improve dorsal hump profile and breath better. She underwent primary cosmetic preservation septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG; radix crushed cartilage graft) and a right radix bone graft.
