Description

38-year-old female with a dorsal hump, thick skin, and a deviated nose. She underwent cosmetic preservation septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left Septal extension graft and right spreader) and  right medial crura overlay with Dr. Barrera. Dr. Barrera employed ultrasonic rhinoplasty to improve the crooked nasal bones. She is only 3 months postop and has some early swelling, but is doing well.
