Description

Our patient presents for revision rhinoplasty. She had a bulbous tip that was droopy. She also had a left middle vault depression. Dr. Barrera performed a revision rhinoplasty using costal cartilage grafts to reframe the base of the nose and osteotomies to align the nose. The patient is 6 months postop and happy with early cosmetic results
