Description

40 yo female who presented with a wide nasal tip and tip droop (ptosis). She is from Jamaica and wanted an ethnic rhinoplasty to improve her nasal projection and slim her nose and face. She underwent Rhinoplasty with costal cartilage grafting, Weir Excisions, and Buccal Fat Removal with Dr. Barrera. She is 3 months postop.
