Description

63 yo female who presented with nasal tip droop (ptosis), a wide nasal base and dorsal hump. She also had neck banding and creepy neck skin. She had previous rhinoplasty surgery. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty with costal cartilage grafting with Dr. Barrera as well as a MIDE (minimally invasive deep elevation) Mini-Facelift and Neck Lift. The MIDE operation is a deep plane elevation of the SMAS with a minimal behind the ear hidden scar. The patient has done well as is 3 months postop.
