56-year-old female with aging face concerns. She was concerned about playtsma bands, creapy neck skin, and jowling. She was also concerned about the lower eyelid bags. She underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift, lower blepharoplasty and fat transposition of the lower eyelids. To address the prejowl sulcus, a small prejowl implant was placed for chin augmentation.
