Description

67-year-old female who underwent revision rhinoplasty to remove a silicone implant. Dr. Barrera used costal (rib) cartilage to reconstruct the nasal tip for projection and engineered a diced cartilage glue graft (DCGG) with costal cartilage, temporalis fascia, and fibrin glue. We also performed a bullhorn lip lift to improve upper lip volume and tooth show.
