Patient presented with facial fractures. He had a complex orbital blowout fracture and zygomatic cheek fracture. Orbital zygomatic malar (OZM) repair was performed via an open reduction and internal fixation by Dr. Barrera. The patient is seen six months postoperative from facial fracture repair.
