53 yo male who presented to Dr. Barrera for revision eyelid filler. He had abnormal deposition of the filler causing a nodule to the lower eyelid. Dr. Barrera dissolved the filler with Hylenex Hyaluronidase as a first visit, then performed CO2 laser resurfacing of the face, replacement of the tear trough filler using Restylane and Cheek Augmentation with Restylane Lyft.
