Description

Patient with heavy upper eyelids, brow ptosis, and excessive skin in the upper and lower eyelids. The lower eyelids also were full with pseudo herniated fat and prominent tear troughs. The patient also had dyschromia with and fine wrinkling of the face. An upper and lower eyelid surgery was performed to improve her dermatochalasis and fat pad herniation. A full face CO2 laser resurfacing was performed to improve fine wrinkles, pigmentary problems, and skin texture.
