Description

Operation: Primary Joseph cosmetic septorhinoplasty with costal cartilage grafting (right SEG) and septal cartilage grafting (bilateral crural strut grafts). We performed CO2 laser resurfacing to the nose and he is 5 month after Joseph structural rhinoplasty and one month after CO2 to the nose.
