34 year old female presents for initial consultation for rhinoplasty. She states she feels like her nose sticks out too far. She has trouble breathing through her nose. She has had balloon sinuplasty previously. She underwent septorhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera to deproject the nasal tip. A septal extension graft was used as well as Medial Crural Overlay procedure and bilateral rim grafts. Dorsum reduced sharply, no osteotomies. Dr. Barrera Injected 0.5 cc of hyaluronidase to dissolve prior HA nasal filler.
