43-year-old female who presented with a dorsal hump, nasal tip asymmetry, and a droopy tip. She underwent septorhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. Dr. Barrera used a septal extension graft, left spreader graft, and crushed cartilage graft at supratip break and over left lateral crura to improve her nose.
