Description

28-year-old female with a complex septal perforation from a previous septoplasty performed at another facility. She underwent a functional rhinoplasty in order to repair the septal perforation. She also had hump removal and tip refinement performed at the same time through an open rhinoplasty approach. She breathes better and no longer whistles through her septal perforation. She also looks better after cosmetic rhinoplasty.
