Description

35-year-old female who presents with nasal obstruction, septal deviation, and sinus concerns. She underwent a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera to improve the dorsal hump and droopy tip. A septal extension graft was utilized as well as spreader grafts after dorsal hump reduction. The patient is 3 years postoperative.
