52-year-old male who presented with thick skin, dorsal hump, and drooping nose. He underwent septorhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. He also had skincare facials to treat the dyspigmentation with Cyspera and Discoloration Defense. He is 3 months postoperative from his rhinoplasty.
