20-year-old female who presented with a crooked nose, dorsal hump, and tip ptosis. She underwent rhinoplasty and sinus surgery with Dr. Barrera to refine her nasal tip and reduce her dorsal hump. The patient is 12 months postoperative from her septorhinoplasty.
