24-year-old female who is one year postop from her septorhinoplasty. She had a prominent nasal hump, rhinion spurs, and wide tip. She underwent structural rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera. She received a hump reduction, spreader grafts, and nasal tip refinement and rotation.
