39 yo female who presented for revision rhinoplasty. She underwent septoplasty by another surgeon with a resultant saddle nose deformity. She had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Barrera with costal cartilage grafting. Dr. Barrera performed extended spreader grafts and a septal extension graft to reconstruct her nasal dorsum and elevate the nasal tip.
