Description

42 year old female who presents with a dorsal hump and nasal tip ptosis. She would like to consider rhinoplasty to address her crooked nose. She received a Primary cosmetic septorhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting (left SEG; left spreader graft; crushed supratip and tip graft); lateral crural underlay. She is only one month postoperative from her rhinoplasty, but already speaking publicly motivating others.
