Description

African American patient presented for ethnic rhinoplasty. He wanted a more aesthetically pleasing nose with an emphasis on boney narrowing of the dorsum, nasal tip and alar base of the nose. Low low high osteotomies were made to narrow the boney pyramid. Nasal tip refinement was performed as well as Weir excisions. The patient is 6 months postoperative with Dr. Barrera
