22-year-old female who does not like the appearance of her nose, specifically the tip. She feels it is too big for her face. She would like to have a more sloped appearance of her bridge. She has had filler to the bridge and tip over a year ago. She underwent a septorhinoplasty with cartilage grafting. She is happy with her aesthetic result and is 6 months postop.
